The City Lit fine art course: year 1 evening

Build an individual fine art practice by exploring painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media and contextual studies in a series of structured projects. You will be expected to keep up with current exhibitions in London. Group tutorials will help you adopt an independent and experimental approach to your work. In the third term of each year you will participate in an exhibition. Basic materials included. *Please note, this course runs on Thursdays 18:00 - 21:00 and alternate Saturdays 10:00 - 17:00.

Consolidating the experience gained in year 1, you will pursue a more individual route, resulting in a body of work reflecting your own concerns. You will have one-to-one tutorials and will learn a range of skills from practising artists. Basic materials included. Entry into year 2 will be by interview. *This course runs on Thursdays 18:00 - 21:00 and alternate Saturdays 10:00 - 17:00.
