The following terms and conditions are printed on each voucher.
This voucher is non-refundable; it cannot be exchanged for cash. (Only the cash contribution to the course fee will be refundable, in accordance with our refund policy.)
No change will be given.
This voucher can be used as part payment for a course. City Lit cannot be held liable if the voucher is lost or stolen.
This voucher will not be accepted if it is damaged or defaced.
Our usual City Lit policies apply.
This voucher expires two years from date of issue. (You must enrol within this time though your course can start later.)
This voucher can be redeemed in the following ways:
In person: please present your voucher when you enrol.
By post: please include your voucher and provide payment for the balance, if applicable.
By phone: please quote both the numbers on the front of this voucher.
