I love it when people learn about the body and become inspired by their own body/mind relationship. People often find that they can practically bring in some ideas to improve their well-being e.g. by understanding how the skeleton supports the body can be translated into getting up the stairs with more ease.’ Doe Warnes FwSS, RSME/T,ITEC
