Becoming confident on the cloud: a new way of sharing and collaborating (One Drive)

Course Dates: 03/06/22 - 17/06/22
Time: 14:00 - 17:00
Location: Online
The digital world is moving from emails to shared files. The days of attaching files, sending them, downloading them, working on them, saving them, re-attaching and re-sending them are almost over. Don't be like an email and get left behind! With cloud computing, we can share and collaborate on files either at the same time or separately without any downloading. Join this course and learn how to make the most of the cloud. What is it? How can it be used for home life and in business? What does it mean to share a file rather than email an attachment? You will focus on One Drive, how to share and collaborate on documents, keep track of changes, control access and editing rights and how to manage your files. You will also learn about Microsoft forms and how to use these. You will also learn about syncing. Learners must be confident on the Internet.
