Becoming confident with mobile data: managing and syncing your files across your laptop, smartphone and tablet

Course Dates: 04/11/21 - 18/11/21
Time: 14:00 - 17:00
Location: Online
Are you using a smartphone and a PC? Have you asked yourself 'How did my photos get on my mobile device - I didn't put them there?' Lots of modern devices and gadgets have a sync feature to keep users from losing data and enable them to access their files on multiple devices and from wherever they are. This can be very convenient but also confusing and it potentially compromises your digital security. This course will help you manage your files across multiple devices so you can be sure where your different files are and how they are organised and accessible.
This course is FREE if a) you are on a Low Wage or b) you are either on Jobseekers' Allowance (JSA) or Employment & Support Allowance(ESA) or c) you receive other state benefits (including Universal Credit). For more information click here
