City Lit and #MentalMovement are launching VIBE: An introduction to Yoga and Wellbeing Course

We’ve teamed up with #MentalMovement to bring you our very first VIBE Course: An Introduction to Yoga for Wellbeing.

We’ve decided to join forces with the incredible #MentalMovement team and created a course designed for everyone who wants to learn yoga and reduce feelings of stress in a safe, encouraging and relaxed environment.

VIBE starts on Monday 16 January and will run for six weeks. During this course you will learn how to release stress and calm the mind, increase body awareness, improve posture and reduce feelings of stress in daily life. If you would to inject some much needed routine, motivation and surround yourself with like-minded souls, then VIBE is the place for you this January.

On your first session, you will receive one of our fabulous wellbeing boxes stuffed full of goodies from Vita Coco, Rachel Kelly and #MentalMovement. Tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis, don’t miss out and book your ticket today
