December short courses in Performing Arts

Story added 9th Nov 2020

Performing Arts offers a wide range of fun and inspiring short courses to start the holiday season. We have introductory acting and theatre skills in the college (with COVID-secure measures to keep you safe), plus online music history, music reading, and practical skills for musicians and actors from beginners to advanced. If you've never attended online classes before, these courses are the ideal opportunity to find out how online learning at City Lit can work for you.

For all short courses, there are follow-on courses in Term 2 if you want to explore or develop your skills further. Just browse the Performing Arts listings, ask your tutor at the short course, or contact the relevant department for advice: music@citylit.ac.uk or drama@citylit.ac.uk

Some single-session tasters (marked *) are part of City Lit's special £10 online promotion December Discovery – Festive Treats These are the perfect way to try something new and find out if a course is right for you, and because they're online you can even share the experience with your family and friends, wherever you both are! If the course is now full, you can add yourself to the waiting list via the course page.
