At City Lit, we understand and appreciate the importance of maintaining a good level of health, whether that is physical or mental health. We also want to play a key part in supporting the people of London and surrounding areas which is why we offer an extensive range of courses that covers all aspects of health from yoga and Pilates to CitizenAID and mental health.
