Wellbeing courses at City Lit

Today, Monday 20th March, marks the official start of spring – the Spring Equinox. That means from today you can officially start looking forward to warmer weather, lighter mornings and evenings, and, perhaps even think tentatively about putting that winter coat in the back of the cupboard for another year.

With those cold winter nights soon to be a distant memory, the official start of spring is also a great time to consider taking up a new regular fitness regime, and here at City Lit we have a number of wellbeing courses to suit all abilities and interests.
