Support and Encouragement from Staff

Throughout her time on the course, Nicole found immense support and encouragement from the staff involved in her learning. "My teachers, support staff, and Learning Support Assistant helped me confidently approach my exam with Access Arrangements in place," she recalls. This support system provided her with the opportunity to put her learning into practice. She  felt well-prepared and supported.

Nicole's journey was not without challenges. As a neurodivergent student, she faced a lack of confidence and self-belief. However, with continuous encouragement from her teachers and support staff, she persevered. "They encouraged me to put the hard work in and never give up," Nicole shared. The constant support, even outside the classroom, ensured that her learning experience was positive and progressive.
