What is the course about?
In a fast-paced world facing challenges, it’s crucial to have skills to deal with change. Having a high level of
resilience skills enable you to thrive in the face of stressful conditions at work and in life. This course will teach you skills to navigate change without increasing stress.
This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.

By the end of this course you should be able to...
Identify what is resilience and why it is important in life.
Develop strategies to bounce back after set backs.
Create a resilience check list.
Follow self care techniques to relieve stress and anxiety.
What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
You should be able to follow simple written and verbal instructions to support demonstrations, hand-outs and for health and safety information, and will be invited to take part in group discussion. You should be able to use numbers and be able to do simple measurements and calculations.
