During the class participants will be given an opportunity to demonstrate the work and receive verbal feedback from your tutor. We encourage you to work in your own time to perfect the work but there is no formal requirement to do so.

You may or may not be asked to participate in rigorous activity from time to time. Please consider whether you could do this, if you are in any doubt consult a medical practitioner.

I was a beginner to Bollywood last September. Clinton is a brilliant teacher - fun and very patient. His choice of music is excellent. At the start of the class he does a warm up stretch which I found has also helped my lower back problem. I've now completed 2 terms of his class and will be signing up for a 3rd. The class is great fun and we all come away feeling very relaxed having learnt some great moves.

I joined this class to try a different dance style, but did not expect to find it quite so much fun! There is a very good warm up, which has greatly improved my flexibility. The teacher is endlessly encouraging and patient in teaching a variety of Bollywood dance styles, and we could now Jai Ho with the best of them!

I did this course two years ago when they first offered it and I'm delighted they have brought it back. It's great fun, I was very unfit when I started but got fit doing it and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's not like traditional restrained Indian dancing, it's energetic but even unfit me got into the spirit of it and I really recommend it. Review by Zozi / (Posted on 31/01/2015)
