This course strikes a good balance between the rigour of Bollywood dancing technique and some deeply enjoyable, energising and happiness-inducing exercise. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed; as students have to take part in choreographies, they are able to learn and practice not only solo dance, but also, and more crucially, dancing with a partner and/or with a group.
