This class is for people who find pictures easier to understand than words. Read visual stories to understand your feelings and real life situations. Use drama and storytelling to explore difficult situations. Read stories with others about wellbeing, relationships and employment.

What is the course about?

Books Beyond Words provides books for people who find pictures easier to understand than words. Whether supporting somebody with a learning disability or communication difficulty, the books empower through pictures.

The course is for students with learning disabilities.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
