In the business-to-business and business to customer sectors, a sales strategy is focused on building strong customer relationships and creating systems to support the sales effort - especially CRM. Your marketing and sales strategy should be underpinned by clear business objectives, accurate forecasting and a thorough understanding of your customer’s goals and your marketing data.
