What is the course about?

In the business-to-business and business to customer sectors, a sales strategy is focused on building strong customer relationships and creating systems to support the sales effort - especially CRM. Your marketing and sales strategy should be underpinned by clear business objectives, accurate forecasting and a thorough understanding of your customer’s goals and your marketing data. Key issues include deciding how best to sell, making sure you have the right resources and managing sales performance.

• Make sure that targets are realistic and use to feed into your budget
• Managing sales performance - Tracking sales progress for results
• Pulling it all together - reviewing a sample template for a simple sales and marketing strategy
