This is a demanding and highly rewarding course. It is demanding in a good way, in that it stretches the student and very properly demands a professional level of commitment. That is not to say that it is inappropriate for a more dilletante student... but they'd better be committed.
Because it is a very brief course it is intense and requires a good deal of out-of-class preparation. And it's all worth it.
