What is the course about?
By identifying and describing the most powerful marketing KPIs, this course will make life easier for you by defining them, explaining how and when they should be used and providing a rich library of KPIs that have been proven to significantly improve performance.
The course presents case examples to illustrate the selection and use of the KPIs and provides tools such as KPI selection templates and Key Performance Questions to help you apply the most appropriate KPIs effectively in your business.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
This is an introductory course. Some knowledge of data-mining is helpful but not essential, all the metrics used will be introduced from scratch.
You do not need to know anything at all about probability, statistics, programming or data analysis.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The course consists of demonstrations, practical activities and discussions. One to one guidance and support will be given throughout. Each student has their own computer.
