• Breaking Assumptions - A way of looking at the assumptions about a problem or opportunity, and a way to challenge these assumptions in order to create new ideas and solutions. • Root Cause Analysis(RCA) - How do we find root causes of an issue or a problem? We will explore tools for RCA and understand the differences in causes. • TRIZ - A method for creativity in finding solutions to difficult problems based on common patterns in innovation.
