Perform a variety of relaxation techniques.
Discover a sense of calm through breathing exercises.
Identify areas of tension in your body.
Demonstrate simple, self-massage techniques.

Beginners, no previous knowledge required.

Talk, instruction, demonstration, individual, pair and group work, experiential exercises.
