What is the course about?
On this relaxed and very informative three hour course we will explore the concepts behind Clean Eating and learn how to implement them in every day life. We will discuss the pros and cons of 'detox diets' and whether a 'detox diet' is right for you and what exactly that means.

This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in healthy eating and how to improve their diet. No prior knowledge of nutrition or health is needed..
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
On this relaxed and friendly course there will be class discussions, lectures and presentations by the tutor, small group work and some quizzes. Handouts will be given covering all the key points.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?
You will be given handouts but please do bring a pen and a notebook or paper on which to make additional notes.
