Performing improvised comedy.

By the end of this course you should be able to...

By the end of the course you should be able to: Perform many improvised games, create a scene from just one suggestion & be able to find the comedic potential in any scene.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

The course is suitable for anyone who has ever made their friends laugh.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

Students will take part in improvised games and scenes during the sessions. There is no work outside the class but students may benefit from attending improvised comedy shows, such as The Comedy Store Players.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

No.

When I've finished, what course can I do next?

Impro’ is an excellent stepping stone to stand up comedy.
