What is the course about?
The impact of the Covid pandemic on the world as we know it has meant that many of us have had to rethink the way we work. In this climate of instability, Portfolio workers are said to be the fastest growing group of workers in the UK. The portfolio career model is a popular choice as it allows individuals to combine multiple income streams which can provide not only a greater sense of financial security, but can also provide the chance of more fulfilling and flexible work, as it allows expression to an individual’s many interests, skills and talents. The portfolio career also has the advantage of enabling individuals to experiment with self-employment in a low risk way. This course will help you to consider how a portfolio career can work for you, as well as sharing expert advice on how to thrive whilst following this progressive work model.
