What is the course about?

This course is more the design of a dashboard (as opposed to a report). It is not a tutorial on using power BI, but obviously, you learn skills on creating dashboards in Power BI.

What will I achieve?
By the end of this course you should be able to...

Familiarise with Power BI
Identify dashboard rules
Develop skills to create and design beautiful dashboard
Recognise the range of charts available and decide which cart will best represent your data.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

This course is more the design of a dashboard (as opposed to a report). It is not a tutorial on using power BI, but obviously, you learn skills on creating dashboards in Power BI. Some experience in working with data from Excel Advanced, databases, or text files. Not required to know Power BI.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

Computers are provided for each student. Presentations will be made using computers, interactive boards.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

Bring a pen and notepad for note taking and an USB.
