What is the course about?
In this fast paced course you will have an overview on how to use marketing tools to define and develop a marketing plan to specifically suit your business, communicate your strategy and measure results.
We will also look at online and offline communication marketing strategies used to build and promote your brand.
This course would suit entrepreneurs that already have an idea or a business plan and want to define the marketing strategy for their business.
You can choose to attend this course either live online or in person.

This course is designed for start-ups owners and entrepreneurs who are looking to create or refine a Marketing strategy for their business, service or product.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
This is a one day course. You will be taught by presentations, discussions and exercises.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

Julian worked as a technical manager for two large organisations before taking a career break to study for an MA and to qualify as a teacher. He now divides his business hours between working as a freelance marketing consultant and business coach for small to medium-sized businesses, and teaching for City Lit, two other colleges, and for a number of charities that help people gain the skills to start their own business. His key interests include web design and marketing, content strategy, search engine marketing and the use of social media. He is a huge fan of WordPress and also teaches a range of IT courses in Java, Python, PHP and App development.
