What is the course about?

What will we cover?
This three hour course will cover the basics of nutrition and then quickly move on to looking at the key principles behind eating for a good mood. Find out how blood sugar levels play a key role in energy levels and concentration; learn about specific nutrients needed for relaxation and mental well being.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The tutor will use a range of teaching methods on this friendly, relaxed course. There will be some Power Point presentations and lectures, class discussion, pair work and quizzes. Handouts will be given which cover all the key points.
