English for professionals: becoming fully proficient

Course Dates: 26/01/21 - 23/03/21
Time: 18:00 - 21:00
Location: Online

Are you a working in a professional setting and wanting to refine your English? Are you on a post-graduate course or completing a PhD and need some help to communicate at this level? This course will focus on some of the most challenging aspects of English proficiency in particular those areas of English for which there are no obvious rules or explanations. Why this word, not that? Why is this structure more appropriate than that one? We will look in particular at the effect of language, how it will be received and interpreted. This course is an excellent follow on from our C2 Proficiency course, but can also be done as a stand-alone course.
