What is the course about?

In this course you will learn how to use your feet and ankles more efficiently and integrate them with your whole self. There will be a focus on the function and movement of the feet and ankles, adaptability of the foot to uneven terrains and ability to absorb shock. You will also learn some foot self-care practices.

In addition to the teachings, the tutor will provide various handouts, videos and other course materila via Google Classroom, that you can refer to after the course finishes.

What will we cover?

We will cover basic anatomy and function of the feet. Aside from that we will look at the relationship between the feet, the pelvis and head, and how the feet can become a more integral part of breathing and the core. We will also include functional movements and how to develop more suppleness, strength and stability in the feet.

What will I achieve?
