What is the course about?

Are the long, light days of summer inspiring you to become more active? Whether you are eager to build stamina for the great outdoors, get fit ahead of a holiday, or simply harness the high-energy vibe of summer to boost your levels of physical activity, this course could be your perfect starting point.

Designed as an accessible, low-impact introduction to fitness, this course helps you to return to fitness from a base level. We focus on three key elements of physical fitness: cardiovascular health, functional strength, and mobility. Using a graduated approach and working with uplifting music, each weekly session is planned toward developing your capacity for exercise, increasing your vitality, and boosting your fitness confidence-though, of course, regular attendance is key to seeing these results.
