What is the course about?
Woodcut is one of the oldest printmaking mediums, and yet still hugely popular in contemporary art practice. Utilising the surface of the wood to add grain and texture. you will learn creative use of the tools, the inks and the press to make monochrome and multi coloured prints. The processes you will practice are transferable to working from home or in your own studio.
