What is the course about?
This course provides an opportunity to review your latest projects and built a body of artwork for either future study or to seek employment in a creative environment. As well as looking at finished work you will be able to create fresh designs to enhance your portfolio, sharing your ideas by presenting them as a group.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
The course is ideal for those who have completed the City Lit Graphic design course VK414, or similar.
You should be able to follow simple written and verbal instructions, demonstrations, hand-outs and health and safety information, and will be invited to take part in group discussion. You should be able to use numbers and be able to do simple measurements and calculations.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
Teaching methods will include visual presentations, demonstrations, group discussion and individual tuition. You will be encouraged to complete research assignments outside of the studio.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?
You will need a memory stick to save digital files and a small notebook / sketchbook.
