As we age our sense of balance tends to worsen. Join this introduction to exercise to help maintain/improve balance. We will work on balance, strengthening relevant muscles, increasing mobility and improving posture.
Would you like to improve core stability, balance, strength and flexibility? Practise a range of effective exercises in this class, which promotes healthy living at all levels of experience and ability.
