    This course is all about learning how to slow down the aging process by giving your body the nutrients it needs to stay strong and healthy, and avoiding the foods and drinks which damage health and accelerate aging.



    Learn which foods and drinks slow down aging and protect your body from the diseases of older age, and which foods you should be avoiding. Gain a proper understanding of why some foods are so good for us, and why some are so damaging to our bodies. This is a relaxed and friendly class where questions are welcomed.
