Our courses are taught online and face-to-face at our studios based in Covent Garden and are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. If you are new to Pilates, we offer a range of beginners’ courses and if you are up for the challenge, our ‘mixed levels’ courses are taught at a slightly quicker pace.
