At City Lit, you can choose to study in-person or online. Our fantastic in-person courses are taught in our attractive campus, located in the heart of Covent Garden, central London. Our online courses are tailored to give you a social and interactive online learning experience, allowing you freedom to study from anywhere and with like-minded fellow classmates from all over the country without the need to travel. - Tai Chi Chuan: Wu style beginners: level 1
This ten week course provides an introduction to Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan as practiced by the Wu family, from its origins in the Forbidden City of Ching dynasty China to this day. It will enable you to build the foundations of what is for some a lifetime of practice and begin to experience the many benefits that this practice brings.

Would you like to add some stillness to your existing chi kung practice?
In this weekly course we will follow the support cycle of the five elements earth, metal, water, wood and fire. With a focus on earth and metal. We will slow down and connect to stillness, become more grounded, centred and relaxed, get a better energy flow and become more aware of ourselves, others and our surroundings.
