    Writing Haiku poems can provide a peaceful distraction from challenges to wellbeing through focusing on creative writing and bringing awareness to our surroundings. Working in Haiku form can support us to get in touch with ourselves and the world around us, help show our place within it, as well as generate a feeling of achievement. This workshop will take place in the National Gallery as part of the Mental Wealth Festival 2023.
