Homeopathy is based on the principle of “like treats like” which dates back to Hippocrates (460-377BC). Each person is different and presents a completely different set of symptoms unique to them so, why should everyone be treated in the same way? With this in mind, this workshop will be looking into what to observe when the first symptoms of a cold or flu arise and how homeopathy can help to lessen them and support your recovery.
