What is the course about?
This course is designed to improve your postural habits and workstation set-up to make your workday more enjoyable and efficient. You will explore some easy and simple ways to reduce tension while working using mindful movements. You will be guided in the use of different types of props to increase your comfort while working and find out more about the benefits of taking regular breaks and exercises.
This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.

What will we cover?
Postural habits, workstation set-up and the use of props. The effect that stress and tension have on health and work performance. The importance of taking regular breaks and using movement to improve wellbeing.
