What is the course about?

You’ll learn the basics of EFT, the acupressure points to tap on and how it works to clear emotional blocks to access your natural resourcefulness and confidence.

Identify the belief(s) or block(s) that keep you stuck
What is EFT and how it works
Use EFT to clear the blocks to your natural confidence.

By the end of this course you should be able to...

• Understand the basics of EFT is and how it works
• Identify where a lack of confidence has held you back
• Be able to use basic EFT to clear blocks to increase your confidence.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

This course is open to all, no prior experience or knowledge required but an open mind.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

Many practical, interactive exercises involving discussion, group, pair and individual work.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

Please bring a pen and notebook with you. The tutor will provide handouts and worksheets to accompany the course and content, and to support the learning. No advance reading required.
