Through body-mind connection and the use of vocal sounds, gestures, rhythms and touch, you can not only reset your nervous systems, and better manage stress, but also find a deeper connection to your voice.

Sing your way to better French pronunciation and cultural knowledge with this fun workshop based on simple songs that French speakers learn as children. Suitable if you have recently started studying French or have an equivalent knowledge of the language.

Improve your body's performance by becoming aware of limiting habits. This class focuses on the hips and lower back, re-educating the nervous system through gentle, carefully structured sequences of movement.
This course is delivered in-person at City Lit.

This is a fun workshop open to all and taught by ear, where we learn and sing around four French folk songs, with a focus on comprehension and pronunciation. While all the songs will be in French, the course may be run in English, French or a mixture of the two, to enable everyone to participate as fully as possible.
