This intensive course continues on from Rapidamente Module 1. The three modules of Rapidamente (1,2 and 3) cover year 1 and year 2 (Italian 1 and Italian 2 Lower). The course moves at a faster pace, and you'll do work between classes to acquire new vocabulary and grammar.
What will we cover?
Topics: routine; shopping for food; working hours; shopping for clothes; likes and dislikes; introducing yourself; the family; physical descriptions
Grammar: direct pronouns; adverbs of frequency; the comparative, agreements of nouns and gender; possessive; reflexive verbs; past tense (passato prossimo).
What will I achieve? By the end of this course you should be able to...
-talk about a typical day -shop for food -talk about working hours -describe and buy clothes -talk about what you did at the week-end -talk about your family -describe somebody's physical appearance -talk about past holidays.
What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

Our courses are characterised by spoken interaction and communication. Typical activities include pair work, group work, role plays and games. A range of resources will be used to support your learning including presentations, hand-outs, and audio-visual material. Homework is highly recommended to consolidate learning.
