Are you new to podcasting? Would you like to start podcasting but unsure you have the communication skills? Or are you looking to improve your general speaking skills? This course will provide you with the skills you need. You will work on the key features needed to sound fluent and engaging. You will practise how to reduce your hesitations, sounding natural while also being controlled. You will develop techniques for changing and adapting your volume, tone, pitch and pace as well as breathing and pausing. You will work on how to prepare for speaking on a public platform whether through questioning or longer monologues and on how to create suitable scripts. Whether you are wanting to become a professional podcaster, produce family podcasts or simply improve your overall communication skills, this course will provide you with the tools you need.

Come and join this lively interactive course to refresh your lower intermediate French. After attending this course you will be able join a level 2 course starting soon.

Would you like to add some stillness to your existing chi kung practice?



At this workshop we will follow the support cycle of the five elements earth, metal, water, wood and fire. We will slow down and connect to stillness, become more grounded, centred and relaxed, get a better energy flow and become more aware of ourselves, others and our surroundings. We will also do some standing and sitting meditation.

Develop your technique and creative understanding as you discover how Flamenco choreography is crafted, with its distinct sections and corresponding steps and moves. You will collaborate in creating a new dance piece, understanding its close connection to the complex rhythmic patterns (the ‘compás’) as well as a more personal relationship to the choreography. Designed for improvers and intermediate level students. If you are unsure about your level please do not hesitate to contact us.

Continue to learn to speak French on this short course for near beginners. Suitable if you have completed French beginners: module 1A or if you have a very basic knowledge of the language.

Want to have a go at creative writing in a supportive environment? This course is designed to help you tap into your creativity and find your unique writing voice. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of creative writing who identify as having dyslexia.
