Do you already have a number of administration skills, and looking to become a personal assistant? Do you work as a PA but need clarity about the role and some skills to do your job more effectively? On this course you will focus on the fundamentals of being a good PA, including understanding what should and should not be expected of you. You will focus on maintaining office systems and organising files including shared drives.
