Suitable for students who have already completed `Cwrs Mynediad' and the first 20 units of ‘Cwrs Sylfaen’ or an equivalent course and have been learning Welsh for approx. 2 - 3 years. This term, we aim to complete `Cwrs Sylfaen (CBAC) Units 21 -30’ and also read a book in class. The emphasis will be on improving Welsh speaking ability.

  4. Welsh 4: module 1

    Improve your confidence and fluency in speaking Welsh and your ability to understand news reports and read standard written Welsh. This interactive course will be based on 'Colloquial Welsh' by Gareth King, starting from lesson 9. Other material used in the course will be provided by the tutor. We will also be reading a book in class. Suitable if you have studied Welsh for 3 - 5 years and completed the intermediate level CBAC (WJEC) course ‘Cwrs Canolradd' or equivalent. The course aims to improve your confidence in both speaking and reading Welsh.
