Learning Italian is considered to be easy for native English speakers. That's because Italian has a simpler grammar and sentence structure. You will also recognise that there are some everyday English words of Italian origin, such as 'piano', 'cappuccino', 'gallery', and 'umbrella'.

    Suitable if you have completed Italian Rapidamente: module 1. Rapidamente: module 2 is for learners who are ready to move at a faster pace. You'll be covering the second half of the course book: Nuovo Espresso 1, so that by the time you finished Rapidamente: module 3 (the continuation course after this one), you should be ready to enter our third-year Italian courses (Italian 2 upper). It's ideally for people who have studied or speak another Romance language, but it's also appropriate for learners who feel they're capable of moving at a faster pace.
