What is the course about?
The course will explore how we manage being human and making mistakes. To come out of the disempowering repetitive self-talk and find new ways to uplift ourselves so that we are free from the guilty chains that hold us to our past. By acknowledging our vulnerability as human beings and that mistakes can be used for personal growth, we can move forward truly embracing ourselves for being who we are.
This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
This course is open to anyone who is willing to engage in honest self-reflection and is looking to bring newness into their life.
You should be able to follow simple written and verbal instructions to support demonstrations, hand-outs and for health and safety information, and will be invited to take part in group discussion.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
This course will include individual reflection, written exercises, video presentations, group discussion, individual and group exercises, as well as the input and experience of the tutor.
