What is the course about?

Each week we will visit a different area, such as the City of London and Bloomsbury, and investigate specific topics such as postmodern architecture, or the impact of immigration on London. We also explore some of London's less well known smaller museums, art galleries and historic locations, examining what makes these places so appealing or different to what we might find elsewhere. Handouts (with maps) will lets you explore the places discussed in your own time should you wish to do so.
