Monica Clarke

I have been teaching at City Lit for over 20 years. I spent many years teaching the ITEC level 3 Holistic Massage Diploma; quite an intense specialised and highly detailed course. With my diverse creative teaching techniques, the pass rates have been consistently high due to my subject knowledge expertise, passion for teaching and being clear in breaking down difficult concepts into simple small chunks. I have extensive experience teaching a variety of introductory Anatomy & Physiology and therapy courses for beginners, you will be surprised at how it inspires you to want to take your learning to the next level. When you join my classes, you are included, encouraged to succeed and will find that you learn a huge amount of information whilst having a fun day too. Each therapy that I teach, such as hot and cold stone, reflexology, Indian Head massage and various massage therapies, I have experience of practicing them as an employee, working in 5* spas and exclusive hotels; on a self employed basis having my own therapy clinic; as a visiting mobile therapist to private clients and offices, and working at holistic fairs and exhibitions.

Please note: We reserve the right to change our tutors from those advertised. This happens rarely, but if it does, we are unable to refund fees due to this. Our tutors may have different teaching styles; however we guarantee a consistent quality of teaching in all our courses.
