What is the course about?

This course will begin with the theory of sound healing. Then you will receive a drum sound bath, to relax and release tension, harmonising mind, body and spirit. Then there will be a group healing and meditation session exploring sound with buffalo drums, singing bowls, tingsha cymbals, and rattles. You will also get to explore the instruments yourself, learning how to play them, directly, experiencing how powerful and soothing the healing vibrations are.
