What is the course about?
On this course you will learn and practice meditation and relaxation techniques, for calm, peace and a positive perspective on life. We will explore how to connect with our own inner wisdom for insight and inspiration.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
This course is suitable for absolute beginners to meditation and those who want to renew or refresh their practice. You need to be able to read short sentences, follow verbal instructions and extract information from handouts.
