What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
Suitable for thoise new to meditation and those who already have a practice, and want to deepen their experience.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
Practical work, discussion, mini lecture, and suggested homework.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

When I've finished, what course can I do next?
Any yoga, meditation, tai Chi or wellbeing course at the city lit.
